The Laurendeau-Dunton Recreation Center is an organization founded in LaSalle and has existed for 40 years. It is a non-profit organization that is partially funded by revenues generated by the BNO bingo halls and others. The main goal of the founders was to create activities and have our neighbourhood youth get involved. Over the years, the organization has expanded throughout the entire southwestern area of LaSalle, with many activities such as film screenings, dance and bingo to name a few. The Laurendeau-Dunton Recreation Center is a place that was, and still is, well visited.
